Our Team
Meet the extraordinary talents who bring the Windy City Tango Festival to life.

Rod Relucio
Organizer/Teacher
Rod has been dancing all his life. Although his background has been mostly in hip hop and street dancing, he has fully committed himself to Argentine Tango. One can still see the lasting influence of his street dancing in his innovative and original tango style. It is also easy to see the coexistence of traditional tango movements and philosophy working in symmetry with a newer nontraditional influence, the end result of which is an eye-catching and entertaining performance. Rod annually spends time studying with the masters in Buenos Aires and spends much of his time teaching in Chicago.

Adia Sykes
Event Manager
Adia has over 20 years of dance experience and started her professional Argentine tango career last year after studying the dance for six years and is one of Chicago’s rising stars.
Sasha Neri-duFour
Event Coordinator
Sasha Neri-duFour is the heart behind the scenes at Windy City Tango Festival. As Event Coordinator, she is instrumental to the success of the festival, seamlessly managing countless details to create an unforgettable experience for all. Her passion, organization, and dedication ensure that everything — from workshops to milongas — runs smoothly, allowing dancers and maestros alike to enjoy every moment. Windy City Tango Festival simply wouldn’t be the same without her.
